Megan Evans

MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Megan brings two decades of experience in theatrical and event marketing, design, and administration to Mount Vernon, as well as event management and coordination. Having moved to Mount Vernon from Columbus 10 years ago, she adores that Mount Vernon and Knox County foster organizations that collaborate, support each other, and strive for artistic excellence.

Before working with MVAC, Megan was employed with Cheryl’s Cookies in Westerville, the Gund Gallery of Kenyon College, and Ariel-Foundation Park, as well as numerous theater companies in the Central Ohio area. She would very much like it if you would let her pet your dogs.

Ian Ernsberger

PRODUCTION AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

With nearly 30 years of experience in the world of theatrical arts, whether it be actor, director, designer or stage management, Ian has been involved in some way around Mount Vernon and central Ohio. Along with his position with MVAC, he is the Managing Producer of a local theatre company, The Alcove Dinner Theatre, and a core volunteer for MTVarts.

Ian uses his philosophy that we are all working together to create an ensemble and provide the best possible production to our audience, while also bringing his passion and extensive knowledge of the theatrical arts to the MVAC team and our amazing venues.

Scott Swingle

TECHNICAL MANAGER

A technical guru from a very young age, Scott has a penchant for details, numbers, and using data to help people make smarter decisions.

With more than a decade of technical theater experience with local organizations, he is perfectly positioned to assist the Consortium and the venues it serves in creating a positive technical experience for both local and national tours and everything in between.
