Ticketing Policy
Policy On Tickets
The Mount Vernon Arts Consortium and our venues do not endorse using ANY secondary ticketing sources (ie., "scalpers" online or in person). Our Box Office cannot resolve any issues involving them, such as lost or fake tickets. Tickets for ALL of our shows are sold through Choice Ticketing, in person or over the phone through the Mount Vernon Arts Consortium Box Office. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket transactions that are suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling.
GROUP SALES
Group sales for certain events will be limited to a certain number of tickets in order to help prevent fraudulent transactions. Please contact the Box Office at tickets@mvac.org. or by calling 740-462-4278 for information about specific shows.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds or exchanges for one-night only events. Some tickets for multiple-day events may be exchanged for a new date with seats at the same price point.
